Your access to or use of the website indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. HireJustMe is the sole interpreter of the sites’ intended and acceptable use. You are agreeing to use the site at your own risk.


Service Eligibility:

To be eligible to use the service, you must meet the following criteria and represent and warrant that you: (1) are 18 years of age or older; (2) have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; (3) will not violate any rights of HireJustMe, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademark rights.

Your responsibilities as a User:


A.  All HireJustMe users agree to not:

  1. Create a user profile which falsely states, impersonates or otherwise misrepresents your identity; or create a fake profile in HireJustMe;
  2. Act unprofessionally by posting inappropriate, discriminatory, unlawful, inaccurate, or objectionable content to HireJustMe;
  3. Harass, abuse or harm another person, including sending unwelcomed communications to others using HireJustMe;
  4. Use or attempt to use another's account without authorization from the Company;
  5. Duplicate, license, sublicense, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, sell, rebrand, or otherwise transfer information found on HireJustMe (excluding content posted by you) except as permitted in this Agreement, or as expressly authorized by HireJustMe;
  6. Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code for any underlying intellectual property of;
  7. Utilize or copy information, content or any data you view on and/or obtain from HireJustMe to provide any service that is competitive, in HireJustMe’s sole discretion, with HireJustMe;
  8. Imply or state, directly or indirectly, that you are affiliated with or endorsed by HireJustMe unless you have entered into a written agreement with HireJustMe ;
  9. Forges headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Services;
  10. Sell, sponsor, or otherwise monetize functionality of HireJustMe, without the express written permission of HireJustMe.
  11. Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on HireJustMe, including those of both HireJustMe and any of its licensors;
  12. Collect, use, copy, or transfer any information, including, but not limited to, personally identifiable information obtained from HireJustMe except as expressly permitted in this Agreement or as the owner of such information may expressly permit;
  13. Share information of non-Users without their express consent;
  14. Use manual or automated software, devices, scripts robots, other means or processes to access, “scrape,” “crawl” or “spider” any web pages or other services contained in the site;
  15. Use bots or other automated methods to access HireJustMe, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages, or perform other activities through HireJustMe, unless explicitly permitted by HireJustMe;
  16. Access, via automated or manual means or processes, HireJustMe for purposes of monitoring HireJustMe’s availability, performance or functionality for any competitive purpose;
  17. Engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of HireJustMe’s website;
  18. Attempt to or actually access HireJustMe by any means other than through the interfaces provided by HireJustMe
  19. Attempt to or actually override any security component included in or underlying HireJustMe;
  20. Engage in any action that directly or indirectly interferes with the proper working of or places an unreasonable load on HireJustMe’s infrastructure, including, but not limited to, sending unsolicited communications to other Users or HireJustMe personnel, attempting to gain unauthorized access to HireJustMe, or transmitting or activating computer viruses through or on HireJustMe;
  21. Interfere with or disrupt HireJustMe or its services, including, but not limited to, any servers or networks connected to HireJustMe, in particular HireJustMe's search algorithms.


B. Employment seekers may not use your HireJustMe ad posting to:


  1. Post job seeking ads in a manner that does not comply with applicable local, and national laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;
  2. Includes any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” or any other form of solicitation.
  3. Endorse a particular political party, political agenda, political position or issue;
  4. Promote a particular religion;
  5. Request the use of human body parts or the donation of human parts, including, without limitation, reproductive services such as egg donation and surrogacy.



User Content and Submissions:


You understand that all information, data, text, links, advertisements, messages or other materials submitted, posted or displayed by you on or through ("User Content") is the sole responsibility of the person from which such User Content originated. Your linking to any other websites is at your own risk. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will HireJustMe be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via the Service.


HireJustMe claims no ownership or control over any User Content. You or a third-party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any User Content you submit, post or display on or through HireJustMe and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate. By submitting, posting or displaying User Content on or through HireJustMe, you grant HireJustMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content through HireJustMe. HireJustMe will discontinue this licensed use within a commercially reasonable period after such User Content is removed from HireJustMe. HireJustMe reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any User Content in its sole discretion.

You indemnify HireJustMe (and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents) harmless for all damages, losses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees and costs) related to all third-party claims, charges, and investigations, caused by (1) your failure to comply with this Agreement, including, without limitation, your submission of content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws, (2) any content you submit to the Services, and (3) any activity in which you engage on or through HireJustMe.


Do not rely on HireJustMe, any information therein, or its continuation. We provide the platform for HireJustMe and all information and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HireJustMe does not control or vet user generated content for accuracy. We do not provide any express warranties or representations. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all implied warranties and representations, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy of data, and noninfringement. If you are dissatisfied or harmed by HireJustMe or anything related to HireJustMe, you may close your HireJustMe account and terminate this agreement by deactivating your account. HireJustMe is not responsible, and makes no representations or warranties for the delivery of any messages sent through HireJustMe to anyone. In addition, we neither warrant nor represent that your use of the service will not infringe the rights of third parties. Any material, service, or technology described or used on the website may be subject to intellectual property rights owned by third parties who have licensed such material, service, or technology to us. HireJustMe does not have any obligation to verify the identity of the persons subscribing to its services, nor does it have any obligation to monitor the use of its services by other users of the community; therefore, HireJustMe disclaims all liability for identity theft or any other misuse of your identity or information.
